EPPA HITE received B.S. (computer science) and B.A. (philosophy) degrees from the University of Virginia, and a J.D. degree from William and Mary School of Law. Eppa has over 25 years of experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications, and in writing invention patentability, patent validity, and patent infringement opinions. Eppa has worked as a Patent Attorney at the Silicon Valley law firms of Carr & Ferrell LLP, Rosenblum, Parish & Bacigalupi, P.C., Skjerven, Morrill, MacPherson, Franklin & Friel, and Townsend & Townsend. Eppa specializes in computer software and hardware, semiconductor, electrical, mechanical, optical, and acoustical inventions. He is admitted to practice before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the California Supreme Court.Eppa joined the firm in 2007.
